How To Enroll

Any guest can participate in Player Rewards simply by enrolling. Once your application has been processed, you will begin to earn points whenever you use your Player Rewards card or Phonebet account. Information pertaining to your account is confidential and is not available to any source outside of Parx Racing. Player Rewards accounts are issued to individuals only and may not be transferred or shared.

Rules

• Participants must be 18 years or older. Geographical restrictions apply.
• Participation is limited to one person per card. Using the card to earn points via deception, partnering, or any unauthorized method will result in loss of participation & accumulated points.
• Employees of Parx Racing or any affiliated companies and members of their immediate family are not eligible for participation.
• Photo identification and/or a driver's license is required to redeem rewards.
• There are no implied benefits other than those published or posted.
• No redemption for cash may be made as a part of this program. Wagering vouchers must be redeemed through a valid phonebet account.
• The Rewards card must be properly inserted in the tracking card slot in the mutuel machine prior to placing wagers. Unrecorded wagers will not earn points and will not be credited. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that the card is read and that the wagers are acknowledged.
• Parx Racing reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this program at any time. Parx Racing reserves all rights and has the final decision in all disputes.
• Rewards are based on availability.
• Parx Racing may change criteria and offerings at any time, for any reason.
• Items listed are for use by participants in the Parx Racing Player Rewards program only and cannot be transferred.
• Any misuse of the benefits or items offered will result in immediate dismissal from the Parx Racing Player Rewards program and the loss of all accumulated points.
• All decisions by Parx Racing are final. Parx Racing reserves the right to exclude anyone from participation in the Parx Racing Player Rewards program.

Rewards

Participating players can redeem their points for any of the complimentary services or rewards offered. Simply present your Player Rewards Card and identification to any Guest Service Center at any Parx Racing facility or call Player Services at 1-888-346-7737.

Following is a list of frequently redeemed rewards and your savings:

VIP's

All guests enrolled in Player Rewards earn ¼ point for every dollar wagered. Bonus points are awarded to players who meet certain threshold criteria. Threshold levels have been established for guests who reach certain levels of play. Each threshold level incorporates bonus points, which are added to the existing point structure.

Qualifying

Note: Bonus points are calculated and credited the next day based on your wagering level.

These threshold levels must be reached within a thirty-day period to qualify.
