There are four easy ways to deposit money into your Parx Phonebet account once it has been opened.
In person, over the phone, by mail, or through a bank wire.
Or: with cash, credit card, check/money order, through a bank wire

Stop by any Parx Racing facility during regular business hours to make a deposit directly into your Phonebet account. You can use a credit card, or cash. No third party checks accepted.

by mail
Simply enclose a check or money order made payable to Parx Phonebet and mail to:

Please allow seven business days for personal checks to clear. Money orders will clear once the business office processes them. No third party checks accepted.

Making deposits by credit card is safe and easy.

To use our CASHNET service, dial 1-877-524-2010. You may use your Visa or Mastercard Credit or Debit card. The cardholder and the account holder's name must match to deposit money to an account. Handling fees will be incurred and additional charges from your bank may apply; please check with your financial institution.

You may also use our PRE-APPROVED CREDIT CARD SERVICE. You must first register a card or cards with the Parx Phonebet Business Office. A credit check is required for this service and upon approval you will be eligible for reduced handling fees on your transactions. Additional charges from your bank may apply; please check with your financial institution.

The first step is to print out the Credit Card Deposit Application. Don't forget to sign the application and the authorization to obtain a credit report.

You may call to check the status of your application toll free at 1-888-238-2946. Once approved, you may make cash deposits into your Parx Phonebet account following these easy steps:

  • Call The Parx Phonebet Business Office toll free at 1-888-238-2946.
  • Have your registered credit card number handy and state that you are registered for service.
  • Supply your Phonebet account number, PIN number or password; last four digits of your social security number and the last four digits of the registered card the Phonebet Business Office representative.
  • The Business Office representative will then process your deposit using your archived information.

Withdrawals

The only thing easier than wagering with Phonebet is winning. Your Phonebet account will automatically be credited with your winnings the moment the race results are official. You may use these winnings to place other wagers or let them remain in your account until you are ready to withdraw them. For security purposes, withdrawals may only be sent to your address on file. Withdrawals can be made in person at any Parx Racing facility, by mail, by phone or by bank wire.

Stop by any Parx Racing facility during regular business hours to make a withdrawal from your Phonebet account.

By phone
Call the Phonebet Business Office directly at 1-888-238-2946 to request a withdrawal from your Phonebet account. You will need to provide your PIN number and verify your account information. As a courtesy to our Phonebet guests, withdrawals in excess of $1,000.00 can be sent overnight at your request. All withdrawals should allow 24 hours for processing.
